Face lift at home with food





Step #1: The Great Smoothing Exfoliator




The Ingredients are as follows;


1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil



Directions

Mix all together the brown sugar and olive oil to create a pastelike consistency. Apply to face and massage for a two minutes. Rinse off with WARM water. The brown sugar will smooth out skin while the olive oil moisturizes it.






Step #2: Terrific Tightening Toner



The Ingredients are as follows;


1 cup rose water

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon witch hazel

5 drops almond oil



The Directions are as follows;

Combine the ingredients together and MIX WELL. Dab the mixture your face with a cotton ball and be patient wait for it to dry. Both the witch hazel and rosewater are astringents, which tighten and shrink pores. The almond oil has antioxidants that help skin with building new cells.



Step #3: Perfect Plumping Moisturizing Facial Mask




The Ingredients are as follows;


2 tablespoons of YOUR favorite moisturizer

1 egg white

2 pinches turmeric

1 tsp Manuka honey any honey will work but this is MY favorite



The Directions are as follows

Mix the moisturizer, egg white, turmeric and honey together to make a paste. Apply to the face evenly, aAVOIDing the EYES, and leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. The egg white tightens, while the turmeric and honey stimulates the skin and plumps it up, helping to build collagen to create a smoother look.
